No. “Complementary” means it is designed to work alongside our other services, not that it is complimentary. Managed by Mosan is a paid ongoing service billed quarterly.
The scope depends on the systems Mosan is managing and the needs of the business. It can include ongoing advisory, support, system changes, monitoring, consultation and smaller improvements within the agreed managed scope.
Larger additions, new software builds or significant expansions may be scoped separately. Because you're already a Managed client, Mosan already understands your systems and business context before that work begins.
Technology changes after launch. Making ongoing management part of the relationship gives both your business and Mosan a clear structure for maintaining, improving and adapting the systems instead of treating implementation as the finish line.
